  • Are there any upfront fees or sign up charges?
  • No, First Financial Resources, Inc. has a strict NO collection, NO charge policy. A fee is taken when we collect on an account. The amount we take is tiny in comparison to losing the entire balance.
  • Do I have to sign a contract?
  • No, we have our clients sign a service agreement which lists the services we offer and our rates. The agreement serves as a guide for First Financial Resources, Inc. to customize our services for our clients and their individual needs.
  • How do I place an account with your collection agency?

  • Do you require a certain number of accounts to be placed?
  • No, we do not have a requirement for the number of accounts that must be placed in our agency. If you only have one account that needs to be collected that is perfectly fine; we will be more than happy to try and collect that balance for you.
  • Is there a limit on the dollar amount placed for collections?
  • First Financial Resources, Inc. limits the dollar amount placed for collections to $10 and above. However, we reserve the right to adjust the service rate on smaller collection accounts, depending on our arrangement with our client.
  • How often do you provide updates?
  • First Financial Resources, Inc. takes great pride in providing all our clients with outstanding customer service. Our customer service department can be reached day and night either by phone or email and are ready to assist you with any questions you may have. Upon request, we provide our clients with a monthly status report so they can see how their accounts are progressing. Our customer service department makes it a point to contact all our clients by phone regularly to make sure we are catering to their every need.
